The goal is to find your homes full potential and give you the best style,  for your living conditions.     There will be a $150.00 consultation fee in which the client and the WiseChoice designer will spend approximately 1-1 ½ hours discussing on how best to achieve your goals.  Listed below are some of the services offered during your consultation.

1. What areas of your home do you want to redesign?
2. What is a budget you can feasible work with to obtain the finished look for your home.
3. Taking notes of new ideas, and colors and suggested ideas of what to remove, and what to add for more enhancement to your home.
4. Check list for the client of all the suggested items that need to be accomplished, and time-line for completion.
5. Several photos will be taken both (Redesign or Home Staging service) before and after the completed design project.
6. Clients are sent out for the day, during the Home Staging or Re-Designing service.
